The Community Trust Corporation will guide you through the completion of all of the necessary steps to establish a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization. These interactive workshops will be held throughout the southeast in 2004 and will provide the following:

COMPLETE documents for Articles of Incorporation
PROVIDE Instructions for filing 1023 to IRS
PROVIDE complete set of generic By-Laws
PREPARE State Articles of Incorporation
PREPARE State Sales Tax Exemption
